해외 거래처와의 전반적인 커뮤니케이션을 담당하여 발생한 문제를 해결하고 관리하는 과정에서 커뮤니케이션 능력을 강화했습니다. 또한, 동남아 쇼핑몰 'Shopee'에 제품을 런칭하기 위해 제품 기획, 상세페이지 디자인, 번역 등의 업무를 진행하였습니다.
After joining MNJ Inc., I have been responsible for overseeing international trade and overseas sales for pet and baby product brands while analyzing market trends.
I managed overall communication with overseas clients, resolving and handling any issues that arose, which helped strengthen my communication skills. Additionally, I led product planning, detailed page design, and translation tasks to launch products on the Southeast Asian e-commerce platform ‘Shopee’.
